House votes 98-1 to ban teen-only nudist camps
The House of Delegates yesterday passed a bill that would make it illegal for teens to attend a nudist camp without their parents or legal guardians. Virginia House Bill 158
A subcommittee of the Virginia House of Delegates has once again scheduled a public hearing on House Bill 158, a bill that would forbid nude youth camps of the type operated by the American Association for Nude Recreation (AANR). A previous attempt at holding the hearing was scrubbed at the last minute. Current law calls for a second conviction under the state's indecent exposure law to be punished as a felony.
